After the contract between KCCL and Intercem was signed in September 2014, Intercem has supplied a 90 tph cement grinding plant with a ball mill, a clinker storage and four 1000 t steel cement silos. Except the foundation works all further deliveries and services were included in Intercem’s scope of supply. Moreover, the 8-spout-packing line – ordered directly from the manufacturer by the customer – was completed, installed and commissioned by Intercem. Raw material is stored in a new raw material storage. Furthermore 3 separate vibration feeders, 2 belt conveyors and a bucket elevator were installed. The 4 silos dispose of truck loading stations and the finished product is transported via air conveyor troughs from the silos to the new packing line.
