The contract included
- 1 truck unloading station 1,000 tph
- 1 raw material storage for additives with a capacity of 25,000 t
- 2 clinker silos with a capacity of 50,000 tph eacj
- 1 grinding plant with a VRM 340 tph
- 4 cement silos
- 4 roto packer
- 8 truck loading stations
The steel construction, all sheet metal work, subsystems, electrical equipment, complete engineering, installation supervision and commissioning are also included in the scope of supply and services. All equipment will be supplied by well-known European manufacturers.
All material conveyor belts will be installed in a closed gallery to ensure dust-free transport. This was planned due to the sensitive location in the immediate vicinity of the port. The belt system is also designed for fully automatic ship unloading.
